If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everything was exceptional. The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was beautiful, and we were warmly greeted as soon as we came through the door. Our server, Carmen, was amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home with her genuine conversations and outstanding service. She anticipated our every need and truly made our dining experience special. The food was delicious, the portions were generous for the price, and the coffee was excellent. I casually mentioned that it was my husband's birthday, and at the end of our meal, the staff surprised us by coming to our table singing "Happy Birthday" with a slice of tres leches cake topped with fresh strawberries. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. These are the moments that create lasting memories. When people go above and beyond to make someone feel special, it leaves an impression that lasts far beyond the meal. Every photograph from that day now tells a beautiful story. We will gladly make the drive from Scranton to Wilkes-Barre again. Thank you, Carmen, and the entire staff, for makin

I had an amazing experience at Amigon’s Diner! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The French toast with strawberries and whipped cream was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast potatoes were perfectly seasoned. We also tried the empanada, and it was one of the best I’ve had crispy on the outside and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. You can really tell this is a family-owned place that cares about quality and customer service. Portions were generous, prices were fair, and everything came out quickly. If you’re in Wilkes-Barre and looking for a spot with great American breakfast mixed with authentic Colombian and Mexican flavors, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Highly recommend!

We found this place because we were hungry leaving PA going home to VA. Had to find a diner because that's our go to since there aren't many in VA. This place was unlike any diner I've ever been in and was beyond pleasantly surprised. The Hostess/Waitress was on point. The FOOD was AMAZING. ALL 5 people in my party was over the moon with all the food. Thank you.... We WILL be back.

The food was good, especially the empanadas. They were crispy on the outside and the meat was flavorful. Our server, Ana, was really nice and attentive. We went for breakfast but the menu had lots of yummy lunch/dinner options. We plan to go back next time we're in the area.
